Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your hosting account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using XYZ Web Hosting services:
Illegal Content: You may not use our services to host, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, including but not limited to copyrighted materials without proper authorization, child pornography, and content that promotes violence, hate speech, or any other unlawful activity.
Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in any activities that facilitate spamming is strictly prohibited.
Malware and Phishing: You may not use our services to distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or engage in phishing activities that deceive users into revealing personal information.
Resource Abuse: Excessive use of server resources, such as CPU, memory, or bandwidth, that negatively impacts the performance of our servers or affects other users is prohibited.
Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or networks without proper authorization, or any form of hacking or cracking, is strictly prohibited.
Distribution of Hate Speech: Hosting content that promotes discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics is not allowed.
Excessive Server Load: Activities that cause a sustained and significant load on our servers, impacting the quality of service for other users, are not permitted.
Failure to comply with this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions:
Warning: We may issue a warning and request corrective action.
Suspension: We may suspend your hosting account, limiting access to your content and services.
Termination: We may terminate your hosting account if repeated violations occur or in cases of serious misconduct.
Legal Action: In cases involving illegal activities, we may report violations to law enforcement authorities.
