We believe in helping all our customers as far as possible, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, users may be unsatisfied with our services. In such cases of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their services and request a refund from us.
Products purchased from Max Cloud Host may be refunded only if cancelled within the timeframe listed under Standard Refund Terms, unless noted otherwise herein. If you cancel products or services that are eligible for a refund under our standard refund terms, the user will receive a refund (2% gateway charges and 18% IGST charges will be deducted) for their service with us, under the following conditions:
Products purchased from Max Cloud Host may be refunded only if cancelled within 30 days & on annually, binnually & Trianually not on monthly plan of the date of the successful payment.
"Date of registration of services," for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date it is processed by Max Cloud Host in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement (Terms of Use). You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. Please see below for refund terms applicable to such products.
If a customer purchases a service or services from Max Cloud Host and there is an error on the customer's end rather than Max Cloud Host's, Max Cloud Host is not obligated to refund any amount paid by the customer. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund (within 30 days from signing up for the service). For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled it, and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You can submit a helpdesk ticket. If you are eligible for a refund under our cancellation and refund policy rules, we shall refund you. You must provide your bank account (India), UPI (India), or PayPal (outside India) for a refund.
