If the customer is not happy with the Max cloud Host services, then the customer can be eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of the order.

30-day money-back guarantee on annual, biannual, or triannual terms only.

If you Purchase any hosting plans with a free domain, if you claim a refund, the refund will be provided excluding domain standard fees according to your account currency.

No-Refund Applicable Terms:

30-day money-back guarantee is not applicable to monthly, quarterly, or semiannual plans.

If you abuse with our team via live chat, WhatsApp chat, email, support ticket, call, or any other communication system, etc., then no refund will be provided and we will suspend your account permanently.

In case we have received any copyright claims, phishing, trademark objections, spam, abuse email, or bulk emailing, then in these cases a refund will not be provided and we will suspend or terminate your services without any notification.

If you cancel your services for any reason after the renewal of your services, a refund will not be provided.

If you have any issues at the code level with a website or application, a refund will not be provided.

How to cancel and get refund?

The customer should submit a cancellation request via our client area and open a support ticket with our billing team within 30 days from the date of purchase. Our billing team will review your request and issue you refunds via UPI, bank transfer for Indian customers, or PayPal for customers outside India. The refund process will be completed in 7–10 working days from the date of the cancellation request if you do not violate our Acceptable Use Policy, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Cancellation and Refund Policy.
